Brian Bullard, Dallas Office Managing Partner, Polsinelli
Brian Bullard is the Dallas Office Managing Partner for Am Law 100 firm Polsinelli, which has had a presence in the Dallas market since 2011 and has more than 60 professionals.
Polsinelli’s offices in both Dallas & Houston, with approximately 80 professionals, have grown by more than tenfold in less than a decade. Polsinelli is strongly committed to supporting businesses ranging from entrepreneurial, innovative start-up companies to middle-market leaders and the firm is significantly involved in many of the region’s key civic and community service groups.
Brian joined Polsinelli in 2017 and is a shareholder in the firm’s Investment Funds and Corporate and Transactional practices. His legal practice primarily centers on private equity and matters relating to the structuring, formation and management of private investment vehicles, including joint ventures; private equity, hedge, co-investment, seeding and hybrid funds; special-purpose entities; operating companies; and managed accounts. He regularly represents both emerging and institutional managers and sponsors with a variety of commercial and real estate transactions.
