Scott Shuford is President of the 14-year-old gallery, but began his career selling institutional fixed income after graduating from the University of Texas with both his BBA and MBA.

Kathryn Parsons joined the LaunchAbility team in January 2010 and brings extensive involvement in the special needs community, a commitment to social change, and a passion for innovation that has greatly enhanced the agency’s Adult Services programs.
LaunchAbility provides career services, including assessment, mentoring and placement, for adults and veterans with disabilities.
