Lea A. Ellermeier is the co-founder and CEO of REPLICATE Dental Technologies, Inc. (RDT), formerly Natural Dental Implants, Inc., the developer and manufacturer of the REPLICATE System, a new approach to tooth replacement.
Natural Dental Implants™ AG is a dental technology and services company with the REPLICATE Immediate Tooth Replacement System, for replacing non-functional teeth with anatomically shaped prostheses rather than surgical dental implants.
Prior to joining RDT, Lea co-founded and served as CEO of Lingualcare, Inc., a Dallas, Texas based dental technology company that developed and marketed customized invisible orthodontic braces that go behind the teeth with operations in the U.S., Germany and Mexico. Lingualcare was purchased by the 3M Company in November 2007.
