George Jones – President & CEO – Texas Capital Bancshares

George F. Jones, Jr. is the CEO of Texas Capital Bank and president and CEO of its parent company, Texas Capital Bancshares, Inc. (TCBI). He also serves on the Boards of Directors of TCBI and Texas Capital Bank.

George has more than 30 years of banking experience that includes acquisitions and mergers of financial institutions and the purchasing of financial assets, as well as the founding of a highly successful banking venture overseas.

George was one of the founding executives of TCBI in 1998. Since that time, the company has expanded and has operations currently in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston and San Antonio with assets of $9 billion and an employee base of 800. George was instrumental in raising $125 million of private capital for TCBI and helped take the company public in 2003.

Before TCBI was formed, George was an organizer, shareholder and chairman of the board for Resource Bank Dallas, the lynch pin banking charter for Texas Capital Bank that was begun in 1998.

Ashlee & Chris Kleinert, Founders, Executives In Action

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

In 2009, Chris Kleinert and his wife, Ashlee, founded Executives in Action, a non-profit organization that leverages the talent and expertise of executive level professionals in transition, with local nonprofit organizations.

These executives engage in short-term, high-impact projects to enhance productivity, efficiency and the overall impact of these organizations.  Nearly 632 executives have completed approximately 400 plus projects for more than 220 area non-profits.

Ashlee is also an entrepreneur in both the for-profit and not-for-profit sectors.  She founded Ruthie’s Food Trucks comprising the most delicious food on wheels.  Ruthie’s Rolling Café serves gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches and Ruthie’s Rolling Creperie serves both sweet and savory crepes.  “Ruthie’s Dozen” is a charitable program where a different nonprofit organization is highlighted and promoted each month.

Chris Kleinert is president and CEO of Hunt Consolidated Investments a subsidiary of Hunt Consolidated. Chris oversees the operations of Hunt Realty Investments, Hunt Investment Group, and Hoodoo Land and Cattle Company. Other business interests of Hunt Consolidated include oil and gas exploration and production, petroleum refining, electric power generation and transmission.
