Rick Wright is Founder and CEO of YOUnique Partners, LLC. a Plano-based company that is the exclusive worldwide Sales and Distribution company for the enlyten® Strips.

He then finished his military career with the Texas Air National Guard. Rick amassed over 3,500 hours of flight time, primarily in C-130s, including nearly 100 sorties during his activation for Operation Desert Storm in 1990-91.
Rick’s civilian career has spanned over thirty years of sales, sales management, and consulting to Fortune 500 companies while holding senior executive positions.

Chad Bruce, CEO, Adhesives Plus
Chad Bruce is the C.E.O. of Adhesives Plus, Inc., which was founded in 1981 by Diane and Ken Bruce, to be Texas’ premier distributor of industrial adhesives and adhesive dispensing equipment. Their vision was to provide tailored adhesive and dispensing solutions to manufacturers of any type of product, by asking questions and listening to the needs of their customers.
