Dr. Nick Zenarosa, is Chief Medical Officer, founder, and the visionary behind Integrative Emergency Services. Nick’s mission to improve the way healthcare is practiced across the continuum is driven by his passion to enhance the role of emergency medicine in value-based healthcare. He is intent on maintaining the value-system that drives the culture of excellence in this physician-led organization.

IES manages more than 500 physicians and advanced practitioners for facilities including 15 emergency departments across the Baylor Scott & White Health system, as well as John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth.

Nick’s career in emergency medicine began in 1995. Since then he has served as both faculty and attending staff at multiple teaching and trauma centers throughout Texas and is currently practicing at Baylor University Medical Center at Dallas, John Peter Smith Hospital and Baylor Scott & White Medical Center – McKinney.
