In this role, Mike leverages his unique combination of entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 experiences in technology, process control, sales and marketing to deliver on the company’s vision of making the world a safer place. His responsibilities include oversight of worldwide company operations, serving on the Board of Directors for the consolidated entity and for each of its subsidiaries.

Mike joined the company in 2004, following a successful career at Honeywell, where he was Global Vice President of Marketing for the Video Systems Business. He also served as Global Vice President of Six Sigma for the $2 billion Security division of Honeywell.
