Cindie Steger-Heit is the President and CEO of The All Star Agency/StadiumWorx, a national staffing and workforce solutions company serving the hospitality, food and beverage, events, commercial staffing, sports, entertainment, and large-scale venue operations industries.
Cindie began her staffing career in 1992 in Columbus, Ohio, where she developed her skillset from the ground up. In 1994, she moved to Dallas, Texas, continuing to build her experience across staffing and operations. Over the next three decades, she established herself as a trusted leader in an industry where preparation, reliability, and calm execution often determine an event’s success.
Throughout her career, Cindie has helped staff some of the country’s most visible and complex events, including multiple Super Bowls, NBA All-Star events, NCAA Championships, NASCAR and IRL races, and large-scale hospitality programs across the United States, where the ability to mobilize teams quickly, adapt to changing client needs, and deliver in environments where there is little margin for error is paramount to success.
As a founder and business leader, she has built her career around a simple belief: successful staffing is not only about filling positions, but about understanding people. That philosophy has shaped the way she works with clients and employees, and it remains central to the culture she has built at The All Star Agency/StadiumWorx.
Today, through The All Star Agency and its specialized division, StadiumWorx, Cindie leads a national operation providing scalable staffing solutions for stadiums, arenas, major venues, hospitality programs, and live events.
