July 10: Jennie McDowell, CEO, Dairy MAX, Inc.

Our guest for the July 10th edition of PlayMakers Talk Show: Jennie McDowell, CEO, Dairy MAX, Inc.

From her early days on a Wyoming farm—riding her first horse at age three—to leading multi-million-dollar initiatives in consumer engagement and agriculture, Jennie McDowell brings a rare blend of grit, global perspective, and heart to her role as Chief Executive Officer of Dairy MAX.

Jennie earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from New Mexico State University, where she got her start in business by managing a restaurant and catering operation. Her passion for strategy and impact took her halfway across the world to the University of Otago in New Zealand, where she completed her MBA and served as a business strategy consultant. One of her proudest projects? Helping develop the first authentic Chinese Garden in the southern hemisphere.

Driven by purpose and deeply connected to agriculture, Jennie has spent more than a decade helping Dairy MAX build trust in dairy through innovation, partnerships, and measurable outcomes. She’s led efforts that grew product sales, reshaped digital strategy, and expanded dairy’s footprint in schools, food banks, and international markets.

Jennie is known for her strategic mindset—and her competitive edge. She’s the reigning champion of Dairy MAX’s fantasy football league, proving she knows how to play smart both in business and just for fun.

Jennie is proud to lead a mission that supports the farmers who feed the world—and to champion a product she truly believes in.
