Leslie Sans is the Founder and CEO of Dallas Pets Alive!, a nationally recognized nonprofit transforming animal welfare in North Texas.
Since founding DPA in 2012, Leslie has grown the organization from a grassroots rescue into an innovative community organization that has impacted more than 45,000 lives, leading major acquisitions and strategic growth along the way.
Leslie is passionate about reimagining rescue and creating innovative, collaborative solutions that support both pets and the people who love them.
Their mission is to promote and provide the resources, education and programs needed to eliminate the killing of companion animals in North Texas. We take an innovative approach to animal rescue and believe in creating a paradigm shift in the way our community views animal rescue.
