Kelli McGonagill Finglass, Director – Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders
Kelli McGonagill Finglass has been an integral part of the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders for more than 20 years, first as a five-year squad member, then as a club employee and Assistant Director, and since 1991 as Director.
McGonagill Finglass leads the Cheerleaders with passion and dedication to be the best in the world in their field of entertainment. Her standards of measure are simple: Everything must improve each year.
As Director of the internationally acclaimed organization, Kelli’s responsibilities are extensive. From costume design and licensing agreements to sponsorships and legal issues of employment, she must create programs that enhance the image of the DCC, while maintaining growth and development of the business.
Under her stewardship, the Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders have evolved from a highly valued operational expense of the football club to a self-sustaining business enterprise with a worldwide reach.

Kris Cumnock, Vice-President – PPI Marketing
Kris Cumnock has served as the Vice President at Roger Staubach’s marketing company PPI Marketing for the past 15 years. His expertise is assisting companies with business-to-business programs that focus on internal rewards or incentives and customer rewards or incentives.
He has created and implemented over 150 custom programs that are responsible for significant increased production. In addition, Cumnock works with companies in the areas of hospitality, acquisition of corporate speakers, and acquisition of corporate entertainment.
