Tyler Scriven is the Founder & CEO of Saltbox, a purpose-built, flexible co-warehousing space for entrepreneurs and startups and has opened its second location in Farmers Branch. The 66,000 square-foot facility offers 100 private co-warehousing suites and 15 office spaces, in addition to modern office amenities and conveniences. 

Previously, Tyler has served as the Managing Director of Techstars as well as a member of the senior leadership team at Palantir Technologies, where he was Chief of Staff to the President and Head of Operations, including people operations, recruiting, IT, real estate, and corporate development. Tyler began his career with J.P. Morgan and worked in the fields of private equity and investment banking.

Saltbox serves what it calls the “concretes class” of entrepreneurs – those working with physical products that require workspace that traditionally come with concrete flooring. After opening its first location in Atlanta last year, the company is bringing its second location to Farmers Branch.
