Kim Kelley has spent the majority of her 25-year professional career helping companies achieve their goals by leveraging technology and applying forward-thinking people practices.
Before launching pepelwerk, Kim was an executive leader in HR for a global e-commerce company and worked with Fortune 500 companies including Walmart, Nike, and American Airlines as an HR consultant. In this role, she empowered business leaders to innovate, evolve and optimize their people strategies to meet the needs of the businesses, the people that work for them and the customers they serve. Now, as the CEO and Co-Founder of pepelwerk, Kim challenges the existing models of HR, workforce planning and digital transformation to solve both social and business challenges.
Kim has dedicated her life to redesigning and improving the working world through technology, ethical data practices and artificial intelligence to give historically underrepresented candidates an equitable launching pad into their careers.
