Kilpatrick Corporate Picture July 2013Jeff Kilpatrick joined Capital Southwest Holdings Whitmore in 2012, which is a 121-year old manufacturer of high performance industrial lubricants and lubrication management equipment that provide continual reliability and uptime for critical equipment.

Headquartered in Rockwall, Whitmore’s 225,000 square foot facility includes a fully integrated manufacturing plant, state-of-the-art research center, training facility and corporate offices.

After completing his Bachelor of Science in mathematics degree from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, Jeff started his career as a management consultant for Arthur Andersen. After leaving the consulting business, Jeff worked in various sales and marketing management roles for high growth businesses in the educational publishing, software and telecommunications industries.

Prior to joining Whitmore, Jeff served as General Manager of ShockWatch, another Capital Southwest holding.

Albert L. Reyes, President & CEO, Buckner International

2014 Albert L Reyes Buckner President CEOAlbert L. Reyes is the sixth President and CEO of Buckner International and has worked for Buckner since 2007. He previously served as President of Buckner International and President of Buckner Children and Family Services.

Buckner International is a global, faith-based ministry dedicated to transforming the lives of orphans, vulnerable children, families and elders in the United States and around the world.

Founded in 1879 in Dallas, today Buckner serves people worldwide through a variety of programs designed to protect children and build strong families. IMG_9609Bill DiGaetano is the Co-Owner and COO of Alamo Drafthouse Cinema DFW in addition to having the franchise rights for Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in North Texas with his partner.

Alamo Drafthouse is dinner, drinks, movies and events, all under one roof. Attention to detail in film presentation and programming has earned accolades from the likes of Entertainment Weekly (#1 theater in America), (Coolest Movie Theater in the World), (One of the Best Theaters in the Country), and Time Magazine (Best Theater Ever!).

Bill served in the United States Army as a Soldier with the Army’s Seventh Special Forces Group, also known as The Green Berets. He was awarded two Bronze Stars for service in Afghanistan. In 2013 he was one of Dallas Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 recipients.

Gregory W. Rushin, Chief of Police, Plano Police Department

 ChiefRushinsPictureDec01.jpg.728x520_q85Gregory W. Rushin is the Chief of the Plano Police Department, which is an accredited agency with nearly 600 employees. Chief Rushin has a diverse law enforcement background, with over thirty-four years of police experience.

He began his career as a Deputy Sheriff in Illinois and is a former FBI Agent serving in Washington D.C. Chief Rushin has a Bachelors Degree in Law Enforcement Administration and a Master of Science Degree in Human Relations and Business.

He also holds a Certificate in Public Management from the University of Texas at Dallas and is a graduate of the FBI Academy, the FBI National Academy, the Senior Management Institute for Police at Harvard and the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Program.
