Bruegger’s Bagels is known for its freshly baked, authentic New York-style bagels and signature coffees. Bruegger’s Bagels leadership team has joined management from Le Duff America, Inc. and its sister brands, la Madeleine and Brioche Dorée, at the Dallas offices. They have also just opened their first bakery in Dallas in over 10 years at Love Field.

Paul most recently served as chief development officer for Le Duff America’s Bruegger’s Bagels, la Madeleine, Brioche Dorée and Timothy Coffee brands.

Paul Van Deventer HeadshotPaul Van Deventer joined Meeting Professionals International in April 2013 as President and Chief Executive Officer. He most recently served as divisional vice president of the Health & Wellness Division at Walgreens, the largest drug store chain in the United States.

Prior to Walgreens, Paul was the senior vice president of Sales and Field Services at Mitchell International, Inc., a leading provider of information, software and business solutions for the automotive insurance and collision repair markets. Earlier in his career, Paul spent 22 years with American Express where he gained experience with the business travel and meeting and event industries.

Dr Shawntel LandryDr. Shawntel Landry is the provost and interim president of American College of Education. She has spent more than 20 years in Education at both the classroom and administrative levels working with elementary and gifted students, developing curriculum and content for Voyager Expanded Learning in Dallas, and serving as a curriculum development consultant for online schools.
