Ian Baines is President and CEO at Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen where he is currently leading the company’s rebranding efforts from Cheddar’s Casual Café to Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen.

Cheddar’s is built on three basic principles: simple, honest, and natural ingredients. Cheddar’s believes in doing things the right way, not the easy way, because it tastes better that way.

Ian began his restaurant industry career as a fine dining chef, working in both Toronto and London for the first 15 years. He’s held various roles with Darden Restaurants and Brinker International. Prior to joining Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, Ian was CEO and President at Uno Restaurant Holdings Corporation until October of 2014.

Greg Tepper

Greg Tepper is the managing editor of Dave Campbell’s Texas Football — the Southwest’s leading football source since 1960 and the “Bible of Texas Football!” He’s also a high school football analyst for Fox Sports Southwest, including co-hosting “Fox Football Friday;” the networks live Friday night high school football show.

Greg joined the staff in March of 2011 and works on both the annual magazines and DCTF’s multimedia platform. He handles the bulk of DCTF’s web material and produces its podcasts

Greg is also the host of “The Dave Campbell’s Texas Football Radio Hour” on the Texas State Networks, and “DCTF Live” — a daily live show covering football in Texas on TexasFootball.com. Previously, Greg worked for The Dallas Morning NewsTulsa World and ESPN Radio.

Tim Mallad joined Dallas based Presbyterian Communities and Services this March, a premier continuing care retirement communities including Presbyterian Village North and Grace Presbyterian Village, as well as Faith Presbyterian Hospice and the T. Boone Pickens Hospice and Palliative Care Center.

Presbyterian Communities and Services is a faith-based not-for-profit organization, which fulfills its mission of empowering individuals to live their lives to the fullest. With a 79-year shared legacy, Presbyterian Communities and Services was established in 2008 to join the two CCRCs and hospice organization.

A resident of Dallas, Tim brings nearly 30 years of senior living experience to the organization. Tim joined Presbyterian Communities and Services from Irving-based Greystone Communities, where he most recently served as first vice president.
