Our Guest for the October 30th edition of PlayMakers Talk Show: John Reynal, President, Encore Mechanical

Since 2006, John has directed Encore Mechanical, LLC toward a vision to be a nationally recognized premier installer and service company of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heating and cooling systems.

Variable Refrigerant Flow, or VRF technology, is capable of providing heating and cooling at the same time as different zones require. VRF is the most drastic improvement in their industry in the last 50 years.

These systems have changed real estate around the world prior to their acceptance in the United States and now have become mainstream across all segments of real estate because of the increased design flexibility, lower operational costs, no consumption of fossil fuels and great zoning that provides a first defense against communicable diseases and contamination.

U.S. Energy Development Corporation is a privately held oil and gas operator established in 1980 which provides direct investments in energy.

Jordan joined the company in 2009 and served as the Vice President of Business Development. In 2014, he became the second-generation CEO. Prior to U.S. Energy, Mr. Jayson spent 10 years on Wall Street.
