January 28 – Mark Johnson, CEO, JPAR Real Estate

Our Guest for the January 28th edition of PlayMakers Talk Show: Mark Johnson, CEO, JPAR Real Estate

Mark Johnson, CEO, JPAR Real Estate

Mark thrives when clipped into his cycle shoes and touring unknown places. The cycling team strategy revolves around the notion that it’s easier to pedal when there’s someone in front of you to cut the wind. Cycling experts say that “drafting” like this can save your teammates between 20 to 40 percent of their energy, so the designated “winner” is in a better position to strike at the proper time. And thus, Mark’s life mission is to become an unstoppable force for good with a growth mindset that believes when others win, we all win!

Mark’s view of leadership in a nutshell, is that it’s easy to be a critic or a cheerleader; and much harder to be a coach. A critic can see the weaknesses and typically attacks one’s self-worth; a cheerleader sees the strengths and celebrates a win; yet a coach can see the potential and helps one to develop a better vision, and a better version of oneself.

Mark serves as the Chief Executive Officer of JPAR Real Estate, a rapidly growing full-service transaction-based real estate brokerage focused on integrity, productivity and service. He has invested decades in understanding the inner workings of high-performing real estate companies, managers, teams and leaders in major markets across the world. He brings this extensive expertise to life through his weekly YouTube series, “Success Superstars,” which highlights the blueprint for real estate success.
