After leading several divisions at MTD for more than 17 years, Mickey joined Schumacher in 2021, as it approached its 75th anniversary. In his new role, Mickey has been working to expand Schumacher’s line of products into new and upcoming areas of the market. Brehan Chapman serves as Executive Vice President and Chief ESG and Administrative Officer at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas where she oversees the Human Resources, Compliance, Corporate Communications, Government and Industry Relations and Property and Facilities Management areas of the Bank. She is also responsible for the Bank’s  Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) activities and serves as the Director for the Bank’s Office of Minority and Women Inclusion.

The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) is one of 11 district banks in the FHLBank System created by Congress in 1932. FHLB Dallas, with total assets of $77.7 billion, is a member-owned cooperative that supports housing and community development by providing competitively priced loans and other credit products to approximately 800 members and associated institutions in Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, New Mexico and Texas.

During her nearly 18 years at the Bank, Bre has led a variety of initiatives, including launching the Bank’s first corporate responsibility program, monthly employee-led charity program and the Bank’s Vision and Values. Bre launched the Bank’s Lean In Circle, through which she served as a mentor for professional women interested in further developing their leadership, communication and goal-setting skills.
