CiCi’s Pizza CEO Darin Harris is a seasoned pizza business executive with nearly 20 years of restaurant industry and franchise experience.
He joined CiCi’s in August 2013, after a stint as chief operating officer for Primrose Schools, an Atlanta-based franchiser of educational childcare centers. Prior to that, Darin served as senior vice president for Arby’s Restaurant Group where he revitalized franchise growth and led the development strategy for the $3 billion franchise group. Darin began his restaurant career with Pizza Hut.
His extensive franchise experience includes being an owner and operator for multiple Papa John’s Pizza and Qdoba Mexican Grill restaurants. He has also held key senior officer roles for Captain D’s Seafood and Orion Food Systems.

Stephen Waldman brings more than 40 years of industry experience to his role as CEO, Partner and Chairman of the Board for Waldman Bros. His responsibilities include executive oversight of the company while providing clients with exceptional service.
Waldman Bros. is a Dallas-based insurance and financial services firm, which recently celebrated their 75-year commemoration and anniversary. Waldman Bros is a standout operation that has remained a stable force for their clients and the Dallas community.
Steve leads the company with his expertise in property and casualty with integrity-focused values learned from his father and uncle who founded Waldman Bros. in 1939. He began his tenure with the firm in 1973 and has provided his clients’ needs ever since.
