His YMCA career has spanned 39 years and six YMCA Associations including Kansas City, Memphis, Houston, Phoenix and Des Moines before returning to Texas in 2002 when he accepted the challenging position of President/CEO of one of the premier YMCAs in the country.

The Dallas YMCA has a $55M annual budget with 21 branches and nearly 1800 employees providing services to 125,000 members.
