Launched in August 2011 and headquartered in Addison, Nerium International is a relationship marketing company that is committed to developing and distributing anti-aging products that are rooted in real science, produce real results and improve consumers’ lives.

Prior to his appointment at Nerium, Jeff was President of Amway Latin America, where he led a regional team covering 12 countries in Central and South America. Prior to Amway, Jeff had an extensive career across Asia and Europe with Coca Cola and Lufthansa.

Vicki Hawarden, CEO – International Association of Venue Managers

Vicki Hawarden currently serves as President and CEO of the International Association of Venue Managers and has over 20 years of association management experience.

The International Association of Venue Managers (IAVM) currently has over 5,000 members worldwide. Founded in 1924 as the Auditorium Managers Association, IAVM is the world’s largest professional association dedicated to issues relevant to the management of public assembly venues. Association members include venue managers from amphitheaters, arenas, auditoriums, convention centers/exhibit halls, performing arts centers, stadiums and university complexes.

Vicki served previously in leadership roles for Meeting Professionals International, National Recreation and Park Association, American Association of Blood Banks, International Association for Exhibition Management and National Athletic Trainers Association.
