Dick Ensweiler, CEO, Cornerstone Credit Union League

Dick Ensweiler is the President and CEO of the Cornerstone Credit Union League, Cornerstone Credit Union Foundation, and Credit Union Resources. Dick is a dedicated credit union enthusiast who has spent his entire professional career in the credit union movement.

The Cornerstone Credit Union League is the nation’s largest regional credit union trade association, serving more than 500 credit unions in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas. Cornerstone exists to advance the success of credit unions in the region through legislative and grassroots advocacy; regulatory and compliance support; training, educational, and networking opportunities and essential communications related to the news and information affecting the credit union industry.

Prior to joining the Texas Credit Union League in 1995, Dick served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Relations at CUNA Mutual Group. He began by working at a credit union; from there he served as President of the Minnesota League and then President of the Illinois Credit Union League and its affiliates.

George Grubbs III, Executive Manager & Managing Partner, Grubbs Inifiniti

George Grubbs III was born in Waco where his parents and grandparents owned and operated a Volkswagen dealership. The Grubbs family then had the opportunity to move to Dallas Fort Worth to operate a Datsun dealership.

George’s first working experience in the family business was with the Parts Department where he stocked and delivered parts while still in high school. Later, while attending Baylor University, George sold new and pre-owned vehicles during his summer break.

George worked in the service departments for both Nissan and Infiniti before becoming the Parts Manager at Infiniti. He then worked as the Finance Director before becoming the New Vehicle Sales Manager. George then served as Sales Manager before returning to the Service Department as Service and Parts Director. In April 2004, George’s dad, George Jr., retired from the automobile business and handed over day-to-day operations to George III.

Peter Sefzik, Texas Market President, Comerica Bank

Peter Sefzik is president of Comerica’s Texas Market and also serves as a member of Comerica’s Management Policy Committee. He assumed his current position on September 2, 2015.

As Texas market president, Peter leads Comerica’s Texas Management Council and oversees all business and community development efforts in the bank’s headquarters market, including direct management responsibility for Middle Market and Energy Lending in Texas. Additionally, he manages six regional presidents and has overall market responsibilities for the commercial, wealth and retail lines of business in Texas, Arizona and Florida.

Peter began his banking career with Comerica as a credit analyst in 1999, and most recently served as senior vice president and national private banking group business manager since 2014.
