Scott Wilder, CEO, CIO & Founder, Utopia Food + Fitness
Scott Wilder brings six years of strategy consulting experience with the Boston Consulting Group and a Wharton MBA to Utopia Food + Fitness.
With a sharp focus on helping busy clients achieve maximum results in a minimal amount of time, Utopia Food + Fitness offers access to two of the most critical components of health and fitness: a balanced diet and effective exercise. The Utopia Food + Fitness six-week solution incorporates the most critical weight-loss and toning components into a customized program that asks participants to complete an intense, 20-minute workout twice a week, eat balanced, individually-selected, chef-prepared meals from Utopia Food + Fitness and drink water.
Scott grew up in and around the weight-loss industry, working with and watching his father, Kirk, experiment with different combinations of nutrition and exercise.
