As Chief Administrative Officer, Clare Graca serves on the company’s executive team reporting directly to HilltopSecurities President and CEO Brad Winges since joining the firm in 2020.
Founded in 1946, HilltopSecurities is a full-service municipal investment bank and wealth advisory firm providing a full suite of financial services for public entities, institutional investors, housing finance agencies, broker-dealers, and individual investors.
Clare began her career with Bank Of America as vice president of administration, global bank. She has held several senior leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Operations for Baker & Taylor, Director and Treasurer for Omni Hotels, and Vice President of Administration for Bank of America.
She earned a B.A. in Music and a B.S. in economics from Texas Christian University, as well as an M.S. in economics and an MBA from Texas A&M University – Commerce.
She currently serves as a member of Healing Hands Ministries’ board of directors, and is an alumna of the Dallas Regional Chamber’s Leadership Dallas.
