M2G Ventures LLC (“M2G”) was formed in November of 2014 and specializes in intentional development, strategic consulting and storytelling focusing on adaptive reuse of historic and under-utilized properties. M2G aims to inspire, dream big, and expose the soul of the projects in which they are involved.

Co-President, Susan Gruppi started M2G Ventures in 2014 and is responsible for Finance, Development, Strategy and Value Creation at M2G. Prior to starting M2G, Susan was with Trademark Property Company for 7 years as Analyst, Manager, Director of Finance and Vice President.

Co-President, Jessica Worman was strategically involved in the founding of M2G and came on board full time in March of 2015. Jessica is responsible for overseeing Landlord & Retailer Consulting, Marketing, Strategy and Value Creation at M2G. Prior to joining M2G, Jessica joined Open Realty Advisors in 2011 where she was instrumental in the companies Landlord Consulting platform. She also led the strategy and execution of the real estate roll out for Tesla and Spanx across North America in addition to the site selection and execution of other major brands, such as J Crew, Apple, Restoration Hardware, Diane Von Furstenberg, and Abercrombie & Fitch.

Paul Treangin is CEO of TNW Corporation, an industry leader in transportation logistics and shortline railroad operations, located in Dallas. TNW Corporation owns and operates three shortline railroads, three logistic centers, and a multi-modal transload/storage facility, all in Texas.

In 2017, Paul was chosen to serve as president of the Texas Shortline and Regional Railroad Association. The TSLRRA represents over 40 railroads across the state of Texas, promoting economic development, safety, and strong business partnerships.

Paul has 30 years of experience in senior executive leadership, primarily focused in the transportation and energy sectors. Prior to joining TNW, in 2014, he was the Chief Executive Officer of Colo Railroad Builders. He has also served as President of Alliant Energy Transportation, President of Cedar Rapids and Iowa City Railway, Director of Generation, and Director of Electric and Gas Delivery, for Alliant Energy Corporation, a NYSE company.
