Pinnacle Graphics provides turnkey strategic solutions to solve complex business challenges through project management, print, direct mail and on-line brand loyalty programs.

Chris’ epiphany came when he saw an opportunity to meet his customers’ needs by developing turnkey solutions and Pinnacle Graphics was launched. That was over 20 years ago, and the philosophies he built his organization on still stand today. While always striving to innovate, Chris has also built a successful brand management firm.

Chris grew up in North Dallas and began his education at the University of Texas in Austin. He graduated with a double major in marketing and management from North Texas State University. He was very involved in his National Fraternity, Inter-fraternity Council and Student Government while he built a company of 20 employees to finance his college years.

George McMann headshotGeorge McMann, president and CEO, founded BizNet Software Inc., in October 1996 and has been its chairman since April 2000.

George personally designed BizNet Software’s core technology and has over 15 years’ experience in software development, implementation and consulting. He began his career as a certified public accountant at Ernst & Young and has advised on and managed the implementation of software integration and financial auditing projects with Nortel Networks and Clarus Corporation within the financial, health, insurance and telecommunications sectors.

George has been featured in leading industry publications, including Business Finance Magazine, American Executive Magazine, DM Review and others. He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Hector Ruiz, CEO, Ruiz Protective Service

RuizPhotoHector Ruiz is CEO of Ruiz Protective Service, which provide services ranging from armed and unarmed security guards to drug testing and polygraph services.  RPS is also heavily involved in a project to implement technology solutions to manage the sex offender and law enforcement polygraph programs.

Hector was born and raised in Mexico and immigrated to the United States when he was a teenager.  He graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso and attended the Dallas Police Academy, became a Dallas Police Officer and later an FBI Agent.

Myron Watkins, Vice-President Customer Experience, Greyhound

He’s responsible for developing and implementing the company’s customer experience strategy in the United States as well as ensuring that employees provide excellent customer service to passengers at terminals and on buses. He provides leadership to more than 3,000 associates who interact with approximately 18 million customers each year.

Coming to Greyhound in 1988 through the company’s management training program, Myron has worked in multiple aspects of operations from terminal manager in Denver and Dallas, to director of customer service at the company’s corporate headquarters. He also served as district manager in Atlanta and New York, as well as general manager for the eastern region of the United States.
